Forensic medical evaluation of hemorrhages into the brain of traumatic and non-traumatic genesis by the Mueller matrix microscopy of circular dichroism

The aim of the work is to develop forensic criteria for differentiation hemorrhages traumatic and non-traumatic genesis by digital Mueller matrix (MM) polarization microscopy histological sections human brain substance (HBS).Material methods. Native preparations HBS from 32 corpses with ischemic stroke (1 group), 35 origin (2 groups), 33 in (3 group) 30 caused acute coronary insufficiency (4 control group). method research azimuthal-invariant MM circular dichroism (CD) brain.Results. results studies coordinate statistical structure maps size values at points microscopic images dead all groups revealed a coordinate-inhomogeneous distributions CD groups. Probable that characterize invariants samples have small scatter moment 2nd order, as well significant moments 3rd 4th orders.Conclusion. efficiency using Mueller-matrix mapping diagnosing hemorrhage set experimental reaches satisfactory level - 77% 78%.
